Can I collect Avios when I am spending a Compensation or Credit voucher?

Customers spending a Compensation voucher or a Credit voucher won’t collect Avios on the part of the booking paid for using the Compensation voucher or Credit voucher. However, they will still earn Avios on the part of the booking paid for using a Credit Card or Debit Card (subject to the other terms & conditions of collecting Avios).
