Where do I need to enter my British Airways Club membership details?

Enter your British Airways Club membership number and personal details on the confirmation page after booking with LeShuttle. Your membership number, date of birth and name on your Club LeShuttle account must match the details on your Avios account.

You can find your British Airways Club membership number by logging in to www.avios.com or at the bottom of British Airways marketing emails.

If you forgot to log in before booking, you can retrospectively enter your Avios membership details within 7 days of booking and before you travel. Log in to your Club LeShuttle account, import your booking and enter your details.
