Can I hold or delay delivery of my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to delay dispatch of any order, our deliveries can take up to 10 working days especially in peak times, we suggest ordering when you will be available to receive the order.

If you are trying to take advantage of a time limited offer we recommend having your order sent to a friend or neighbour that is willing to take the delivery in for you.

When items are delivered to requested locations such as Safe Location or nominated neighbour, we will not be responsible for orders or loss where the instructions have been followed.

If you have already placed the order you can wait for the tracking information to go live and then look at managing your delivery with the carrier directly. Please see How can I track my order and what to do if I have not received any tracking links?

For Apple products we use DHL, all other items are dispatched with DPD and delivery dates can often be managed with them.
