How can I order from The Avios Shop?

You can purchase from The Avios Shop on a computer, tablet or smartphone and pay using your debit or credit card.

You will need to be logged in to your British Airways Club account if you wish to redeem or collect Avios. You can log in on the top right of the page by clicking the person icon. If you are having trouble logging in please see I am having problems online - what can I do?

Collected Avios will be automatically credited to your account but to redeem Avios you will need to select the number of avios to use by selecting the redemption option that uses the amount of Avios you wish to spend.
