I am missing some Avios
Avios collected from The Avios Shop are credited to your British Airways Club account within 24 hours of purchase.
If they are not showing, email shopsupport@avios.com with your order number, Club account number and the email used for your Club account.
Avios may be missing if you were not logged in when purchasing, you have more than one Club account using the same email address, or you missed a promotional code. We can add missing Avios within 72 hours, but we cannot move Avios from one account to another.
