I have received the wrong items
We are so sorry you have received the wrong items, it is unusual for the incorrect items to have been dispatched and we would recommend double checking your order to ensure that the items are incorrect.
You must notify us of any issues relating to your order within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We would really love to get you exactly what you have ordered as soon as possible, in order for us to do this we need as much information and detail as we can from you.
Please contact us and let us know exactly what the item you received is and what you had ordered, we will need your order number and we will also need photographs of the item, the packaging and a photograph showing the item's serial number.
Once received we will be able to organise a return and either a refund or replacement.
