I placed an order but did not order the items in the promotion can I still be awarded Avios?

If the offer specified which items must be purchased to qualify for the bonus we are unable to award the bonus where requirements have not been met. You will of course still receive the usual Avios reward for your purchase and be sure to sign up to our newsletter to make sure you get to hear about other promotions we will run.
