I used a promotional code with my order - how will this affect my refund?

Any returned orders that utilised a promotional code or formed part of an incentive will incorporate a return of the relevant award.

For example bonus Avios would be debited or any discounts will be accounted for within the refund.

Should you have ordered multiple items and be returning part of the order we will calculate the required proportion of Avios or bonus to either debit or refund.
