I want to cancel or return my order what should I do?

If you change your mind and decide to cancel you will need to return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of the order being placed.

Once the item has been returned and the condition has been examined we will arrange a refund for the purchase to the original payment method used when placing the order.

This will be the amount in relation to the goods to which cancellation rights apply. This will include the cost of delivery except any supplementary costs arising if a non-standard delivery selected other than our default and least expensive method of delivery.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any goods returned if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you or whilst in your care. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day the goods are received by us.

All items will be inspected and verified as being in a re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to debit or not refund any items which are not returned to us in the condition they were dispatched.

We are not responsible for items that are lost by the carrier or that fail to reach our address, we strongly recommend insurance to cover this scenario.
