My order has arrived damaged what should I do?

We are so sorry this has happened, occasionally items can get damaged either at the warehouse or in transit.

You must notify us of any damages within 48 hours of receiving the item.

We would really love to get you a fully functioning and non damaged item as soon as possible, in order for us to do this we need as much information and detail as we can from you.

Please contact us via the methods below and let us know exactly what the damage is, we will need your order number and we will also need photographs of the damage close up, one of the item with packaging as a whole and a photograph showing the item's serial number. Once received we will be able to organise a return and either a refund or replacement.
