Why has my order not been accepted?

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any items that can be bought by an individual customer should we deem it appropriate.

We also reserve the right to suspend your account and any associated accounts should we notice an unusual pattern of purchase or returns activity. If this happens our team will contact you to notify you of this.

We will also take steps to prevent purchases if there is suspicious activity associated with your account or any associated accounts. In the event that this happens you will be contacted by the British Airways Club team.
