The time taken for Avios to show in your balance can vary based on which partners you've collected with, and how you've collected. Here's a breakdown:

Online shopping: Online purchases can take up to five days to appear as pending, and awarded within 35 days. Speedy Awarding retailers will be awarded after five days.

In-store shopping: In-store purchases can take up to 10 days to appear as pending, and awarded within 45 days.

Buying Avios: One-off purchases will credit to your account shortly after purchase.

Flights: Avios for flights will be awarded and credited to your account three working days after the departure date of the booking.

Hotels and travel: Hotel and travel bookings can take up to five days to appear as pending. Please allow 90-120 days after completing your stay for your Avios to be awarded.

Policies, contracts and subscriptions: For policies, contracts, and subscriptions please allow 90-120 days after the start date for your Avios to be awarded.

If your Avios hasn't been credited within the above times, please make a claim for missing Avios for this to be reviewed.

As you will be paying the retailer directly, the options vary.

In most cases, you can use any UK-registered credit or debit card.

However, please check the retailer's individual websites for more details on the payment methods they accept.

You can cancel purchases and get a refund through the retailer's usual process, subject to their terms and conditions.

However, any cancelled or refunded orders won't be eligible for Avios. If you cancel a purchase after receiving Avios, we may deduct Avios from your account.
