Orders are usually delivered within 3–10 working days, although some products may take longer. Please check the product page before you buy for any longer delivery time. Next-day delivery is not currently available.

Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will send tracking details by email or SMS. Please check your junk or spam folder and your SMS messages if you think you haven't recieved the details. You can use the carrier’s website or app to track and manage your delivery.

For Apple items, we have separate delivery time scales and these are always advised on the PDP, we are unable to chase, expedite or provide status on orders that are still within the expected time frame that we have advised.

Please contact the Avios Shop servicing team if your item is faulty, arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product.

Please have your order number ready and provide photographs of the item, packaging and serial number where applicable.

Incorrect or damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

For non-Apple products that develop a fault within 30 days, the team can help with a return, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Apple products have additional requirements, and visiting an Apple Store Genius Bar may be the quickest option for resolving any faults.

Log in with your British Airways Club account, add the products you want to your basket and choose one of the available Avios payment options at checkout. You can currently use Avios to cover up to 75% of the product value, so every order will include an element of cash payment.

The available Avios options are calculated for your whole basket and cannot be manually adjusted. Check your selected Avios and cash amounts before you pay, as leaving and returning to the checkout page can reset them.

We regret we are unable to assist with any emails relating to British Airways, Avios balances, The E-store, Avios missing from a flight, or anything that does not relate directly to a purchase made where Avios are the merchant.

If you have linked to another merchant in order to make your purchase, please make a claim through our Missing Avios form.

Apple items have different delivery timescales based on their availability from Apple at the time, orders are often impacted by global supply and demand.

As such we advise against each product it's individual lead time.

We are unable to chase, expedite, update or provide a status update on orders that are still within the expected timeframe we have advised at purchase.

Should your order exceed this guidance, please do get in touch and we will ensure this is escalated.

The carrier will contact you via the email and mobile number provided when ordering. From here you will be able to track and, more importantly, manage your delivery.

In the event that you want to return your Apple product, we would require you to notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

Apple provide security features to protect your product in case of loss or theft, if these features have been activated, then Apple may refuse to accept the return or exchange.

We will need photographs of the packaging and the item itself, showing a close up of the serial number and the product as a whole. These should be attached to the return request.

Should any item be returned without meeting any of the above, the return will be refused. Customers will be responsible for organising any cost of retrieval for the non-refundable item from Apple directly.
