Reward Flights are seats that can be booked using Avios as the main payment method. Reward Flights are available on Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia and oneworld partner airlines.

You can find Reward Flights by using the Avios Reward Flight finder tool. Here you will be able to search all Reward Flight destinations that are avilable as well as what dates have availability. You will then be sent to the BA site to continue your booking.

Yes, you can book Reward Flights for other people. When booking the flight all you need is the full name of the person travelling as it appears on their passport. Additional details such as passport number can be added later.

If you wish to upgrade, change destination, remove a passenger, or add an infant, please contact us via phone on 0344 49 333 49 (UK local rate) as we're unable to take additional payments online.

You can cancel your flight booking online through via on ba.com, here. Reward Flights can be cancelled up to 24 hours before you travel. You will be charged a £35 per person cancellation fee and 100% of the Avios you spent will be returned to your account. If the total taxes, fees and charges you paid were more than £35, you’ll get the remainder refunded to your original payment method.

Infants can be added at the time of booking or at a later date. An infant is classified as any child aged 0 to 23 months.

Infants do not have an allocated seat and will sit on your lap. Therefore, a Reward Flight seat does not need to be available for them to be added to an existing booking.

The infant fare will be 10% of the Avios cost for one passenger, plus applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
